The window to nominate a person for the position of rector has now closed.
The Search Committee received 43 nominations, nine of which were duplicates, for the position of rector from the St. B’s family. Our diocesan leadership has been actively seeking candidates for our position at the same time through their network.
The Search Committee begins the next phase of the process on April 11 when they meet with Canon Snare from the Bishop's Office to review all names that have been received. Their goal is to deliver three final candidates to the vestry for discernment and ultimately a call.
The Search Committee has also published the Parish Profile. The Profile tells the story of who we are as a church family and was formed, in part, by the Parish Survey results. It will be shared with potential candidates for rector. Read the Profile here.

Almighty God, giver of every good gift: look graciously on St. Bartholomew’s, and so guide the minds of those who shall choose a rector for this parish, that we may receive a faithful pastor, who will care for your people and equip us for our ministries; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen. (BCP, p. 818)
